Hey guys,
I found an article....really interesting....and really motivating....
Who says that there are no effect if you quit for just 1 day?..
here I attached the picture I found from a clinic yesterday...you-non-motivational people out there who says no effect....think again!...
Content of the picture :
1st 8 hour : Nicotine and carbon monoxide levels in the blood reduce by half and oxygen levels in the blood return to normal.
1st 24 hours : Carbon monoxide and nicotine is eliminated from your body.
2 days : The ability to taste and smell improves
1 month : Smoking damages the skin and cause premature ageing, after a month, the skin loses its greyish pallor an becomes less wrinkled.
3 ~ 9 months : Coughing and wheezing declines.
1 year : the risk of heart attack decreases by half compared to that of a smoker.
10 years : The risk of lung cancer decreases by half compared to that of a smoker.
15 years : The risk of heart attack decreases to the same as someone who has never smoked!

**Article reference : Pfizer Malaysia

So what do you think?...worth to quit...or even 'rest' for few days isn't it?
