Is it true??

Hye,,
I read a blog entry yesterday and I got confused...or more likely to say,fear...
(heh...I sound so girlish isn't it?...hehehe)...The reason is because i've lose around 20kg since few months back. So I started to do some research on this....

For a short history, since I was in boarding school, I'm not the sporty type of guy. I'd rather sit back watch TV while my friends were out to evening activities. I'd rather relaxing myself with tV and Junkfood. I love to eat especially fast food. (everybdy loves it rite???)and I remember, I haven't got myself sweating since then. Then comes the college era. When I was at Stamford College + Cosmopoint College, I didn't have the opportunity to play sports anymore. This is because, I don't have time for all that anymore. I finished Stamford class(at Petaling Jaya) around 5.30pm and have to make it to Cosmopoint College(at Klang) at 6pm. My schedule was so tight that I even forgot what is exercise...hahahah. To make it worse, when it comes to working era, when i have my own salary, it doesn't even cross my minds that i should put aside any delicious (non-healthy-fatty food). I can buy any food that I missed during my study era. So I've been building up fats and weights and until september 2008, I was about 90KG!!
Starting from that, my best buddy at office and I decided to have some changes. We manage to give ourself some time for exercise. We hit the gym every evening after work 3 days a week. And we started to read articles about healthy living, good food, effective exercises and many more. For a starting it was so difficult. I only eat quacker oats, salad and lean meat. You can imagine how not-tasty the food is. But I have to sacrifice my cravings for food to lose some weight.

As a miracle, I lose my weight from 90KG to 65KG..25KG SHREDDED!
THAT'S WHY I'M SO AFRAID IF THE QUIT SMOKING STEP LEAD ME TO GAINING THAT 25KG BACK!!..Especially now, my workplace has been relocated far from my gym....arrghhh...(I already skip gym for 3 months!!)

I found an article from about.com regarding "QUIT SMOKING, WEIGHT GAINING"..I'll paste it in my next enrty....."QUIT SMOKING, WEIGHT GAINING"
